When and how your bottle reaches you.
Every Velouré bottle ships from our atelier in Paris, packed by hand in protective inserts inside a branded outer carton. Tracking is provided on every order.
We ship to all EU member states, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia and most of Asia. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us — we may be able to arrange shipping case by case.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that — or on weekends and French public holidays — ship the next business day.
You will receive a tracking link by email within a few hours of dispatch. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us if it is still missing.
EU customers do not pay any additional duty. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over and cannot predict these charges.
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or refund as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer carton before opening, then contact us.
Fragrance contains alcohol and is classified as a regulated good for air freight. We ship via ground freight where possible. Some remote areas may only be reachable by air, which can extend delivery times.
