Three decades of helping people grow.

Konrad is a leadership coach and Learning & Development professional with nearly three decades of cross-functional experience across L&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations. He designs and delivers learning programs that measurably improve performance — while helping individuals develop the mindsets, skills and leadership behaviors required to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments.

Konrad also composes Western classical music and writes with the same purpose: to translate human experience into craft, meaning and clarity. His work spans leadership development, music composition, memoir writing and documentary filmmaking — each connected by one guiding theme: helping people grow through reflection, discipline and resilience.
